Ecoforestry Institute Society are seeking a Property Caretaker.  This volunteer must have the ability to respond to the seasonal needs of Wildwood and the Homestead and would require 3 to 4 hours per week. Required skills: property management skills including minor interior and exterior Homestead repairs, firewood, carpentry, lawn mowing, knowledge of appliances, water systems, moving recycling, etc. up to the front gate and ability to hire and manage contractors.  This volunteer would preferably live in close proximity to Wildwood, ie Nanaimo, Ladysmith, or Cedar.
