The Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure Is a 5k or 1k walk or run. It is a volunteer-led event and the largest cancer fundraiser in Canada. They are looking for volunteers who are passionate about the breast cancer cause, is well connected in the community, and who enjoy event planning.  The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, communication and interpersonal skills and has a strong sense of self-motivation and time management. They are recruiting for the following volunteer committee roles in Nanaimo – Hope Engagement Lead, Community Outreach Lead and Run Day Experience Lead.
