This agency is a non-profit society dedicated to providing affordable and accessible counselling services in Nanaimo and on Vancouver Island. They are in need of Board members who can potentially serve more than the current year. For this volunteer position, basic skills in making good judgements about the vision and direction of a non-profit society are required. Experience on a Board is not required; however, a personal commitment to helping meet the needs of those who are unable to fully meet their own needs for mental health supports is needed.
