Trained volunteers provide essential tax services for individuals with low or fixed incomes, including those receiving pensions, disability benefits, or who are unemployed.
They process personal income tax returns at no charge to individuals. The resulting returns feed thousands of dollars back into our local economy annually.
We complete tax years starting from 2015.

How to Book an Appointment
- Call 250-758-7121 Monday to Thursday from 9am to 3pm
- Appointments are available most of the year to people who qualify for this valuable service.
- During tax season (March and April) we are open from 9am – 3pm Fridays & Saturdays
- During the off season (May through October) we are open every third Friday
- We are closed Easter and May long weekends
